I recently shot a really fun family lifestyle shoot with Harry, Rosa and their mum Jenny. We all headed to Epping Forest on a gorgeous Autumn afternoon in November to capture some fun natural portraits for Christmas presents for the family.
Harry and Rosa pretty much did as they pleased and enjoyed exploring the forest, climbing the trees and to mum’s dismay, rolling on the ground in the leaves and dirt. In fact they did what kids do best, played, had fun and got a bit dirty. But all this fun and dirt did make some great images and mum was very pleased with the results, (testimonial here).
I hope you like the few images selected from the shoot. Please feel free to leave a comment or get in touch regarding your own Family Portrait shoot.
Some great shots there Peter, I especially like the first one and the one of Harry climbing the tree. Really good! John.
I LOVE all of them……….can’t think why!!!! LOL…….I could look at these all day. Totally perfectly captured.
Lovely set of images. I especially like the second set of 3 images. Nice, natural image of kids being kids. Top work fella.
Fab shots Peter, love the natural feel to them and the kids look so relaxed and look like they’re having fun. Great stuff!
Good work mate, especially the last three……….
Well Done Pete, some excellent b&w processing and some great shots, i’m sure they’ll love them.
The individual portraits are excellent and when they are both together, there’s a great dynamic. Looks like a lot of fun and you obvious had great interaction to get the kids so relaxed. I love the last shot on the fallen tree!
Fantastic fun pictures, I love that the kids just carried on mostly as they would. Climbing and rolling around, I can imagine their Mum was dismayed but I but she loved it really now has this great set of memories in these pictures.
I love the emotion in these pictures, you can really see the fun that the children are having. Great work!
@Howard- I am that Mum and that is my two all over. Rolling around, getting messy and having the times of their lives. And I LOVE it-just how kids should be. I knew Pete would get it spot on and capture my childrens love of life-and he did to perfection.
